Please explain the archiving procedure...(Academic login)

When your supervised student has completed their studies an 'archive student' link will appear in their profile.
You can un archive at any point should you require...(eg a quick view of their profile for reference purposes etc). Don't forget to archive again once you have viewed...

I am concerned about uploading my photo. Who will see it?
|
The only people who will be able to view your photo are those members of staff who are given permission to access your record, i.e. your supervisors, assessors, PGSA and the PGR Admin team. There are also occasions when the IT team may need to access your account to resolve technical issues
